A GEORGE II SILVER CASTER, GEORGE III BUTTER STAND, AND A PAIR OF WILLIAM IV SALTS, London, with maker's marks of, the baluster caster on spreading base, engraved twice with differing crest, with pierced high domed cover with urn finial-- 1717--6in. (15.2cm.) high , the oval butter stand with sloping sides, engraved with crest, raised on four anthemion knurled supports, with raised rim, the oval glass dish cut with diamonds, with two drop ring handles, the stand and dish with husk rims, together with a later unmarked cover topped by beaded bud finial-- the stand John Emes 1803--7in. (17.7cm.) long (cover not weighed) , the gilt lined lobed compressed circular salts each on leaf headed scroll supports, the curved everted rim chased with water leaves centering blossoms-- 4in. (10.1cm.) diam., weighable silver 26oz. (4)
