A PAIR OF LARGE PATINATED AND GILT METAL TABLE LAMPS IN EMPIRE STYLE LATE 20TH CENTURY, Now wired as lamps each 83.5cm high to top of the central stem, 60cm to top of original candlestick Provenance: Property removed from 8 Pulteney Street, Bath Condition Report: Wear, marks, knocks and scratches as per age, handling, use, and cleaning. Original candlesticks each approximately 60cm high Later fitting as electrical lamps. This has been done quite indelicately to the top where the size of the bolts to underside of top platform have caused them to bulge- and the tops do not sit plumb. Otherwise generally good- probably cleaned and with spot repatination at time of fitting. Please note- These are sold as decorative items only and if bought for use must be checked over for compliance with safety regulations by a qualified electrician before use. Please see additional images for visual references to condition which form part of this condition report. All lots are available for inspection and Condition Reports are available on request. However, all lots are of an age and type which means that they may not be in perfect condition and should be viewed by prospective bidders; please refer to Condition 6 of the Conditions of Business for Buyers.
