A SMALL GOLD-SPLASHED BRONZE CENSER QING DYNASTY, 17TH/18TH CENTURY of elongated baluster shape slightly tapering towards the flared foot, the waisted neck set with a pair of applied bamboo handles, liberally covered all over with irregular gold splashes, the base cast with the four-character mark xie gu zhai zhi 'made in the hall of regulating antiquity' width 13cm., 5 1/4 in.
