Reissue of the fourth edition of 1699, with a cancel title-page. 8vo. (viii), 1-384, 387-477, (xviii) pp. (pagination continuous, but misnumbered from 387). Illustrated with a large folding map of Mexico. Contemporary or near-contemporary tan calf, stamped and paneled in blind, front joint cracked, but holding, tape residue on spine and joints, wear to corners; top edge of text trimmed close to headlines, tape residue on front hinge, scattered light foxing; book-plates on front paste-down and front free endpaper. Sabin 26302; ESTC N24402. First published in 1648 as 'The English-American his Travail by Sea and Land: Or, a New Survey of the West Indias'.
