Jdhts., mit übergreifender Deckellasche und breiten, mit schmalen Pergamentstreifen aufgenähten Lederbünden (Altersspuren). (9)
Verzeichnis der Besitzrechte des in Asturien und Galizien begüterten Hauses Ibias und der Antonia de Ron, laut Eintrag auf der ersten Seite im Oktober 1583 von Alonso López Navia y Bolaño angelegt, mit einigen späteren Ergänzungen. – Der Grundbestand der Handschrift ist von mehreren Händen in einer zierlichen Antiquaminuskel am Ende des 15. Jahrhunderts geschrieben; auf diese Zeit weist auch das Wasserzeichen, eine geöffnete Hand mit einem sechszackigen Stern darüber (ähnlich BR 10706). Ergänzungen wurden wohl bis 1675 vorgenommen, diese Jahresangabe findet sich mehrfach in den spätesten Einträgen am Ende der Handschrift. – Die Aufzeichnungen betreffen ca. 50 in Asturien und einige in Galizien gelegene Orte, die jeweils im Kolumnentitel genannt sind; dazwischen meist einzelne, manchmal über 20 weiße Blätter. Laut der alten Foliierung fehlen einige Blätter oder ganze Lagen, doch stimmt das Inhaltsverzeichnis auf den nicht foliierten Blättern am Beginn weitgehend mit dem heutigen Bestand überein. Ebenfalls aus der Zeit der heutigen Bindung stammen wohl auch die Inhaltsangaben auf dem zweiten Blatt, beginnend mit den Worten "Libro y memoria de la hacienda y rienta que tiene la casa de yvias y la señora doña Antonia de Ron y yvias". – Bindung in Auflösung begriffen, die Blätter 297 und 299 mit breiten Randausrissen (alt hinterlegt), sonst nur kleinere Eckausrisse, fleckig, gebräunt. Spanish manuscript on paper; according to entry on the first page made by Alonso López Navia y Bolaño in October 1583. – Register of the property rights set up in late 15th century of the prosperous house Ibias and Antonia de Ron of Asturias and Galicia with some later additions. – The main part of the manuscript is written by several hands in a delicate Roman type minuscule at the end of the 15th century; the watermark, an opened hand with a six prongs star (similar to BR 10706), also points to this period. Additions were probably made till 1675, this date can be found several times in the latest entries at the end of the manuscript. – The notations concern ca. 50 places located in Asturias and some in Galicia, mentioned always in the column title; in between mostly isolated, sometimes more than 20 blank leaves. After the old numbering some leaves or entire quires are missing, but the table of contents on the not foliated leaves at the beginning coincides largely with the current inventory. The summaries on the second leaf are probably from the time of the current binding as well, starting with the words "Libro y memoria de la hacienda y rienta que tiene la casa de yvias y la señora doña Antonia de Ron y yvias". – Binding almost disintegrated, leaves 297 and 299 with wide tear-outs in margin (backed in former times), otherwise only smaller corner tear-outs, soiled, browned. – Limp vellum wrappers probably from the end of the 17th century, with overlapping cover flap and wide calf bands appliqued with small vellum strips (signs of wear).
