London: Richard Jugge and John Cawood, 1560. 8 o (191 x 139 mm). Title within woodcut border, calendar printed in red and black. 17th-century red silk velvet over pasteboards, spine in six compartments, metal furniture, gilt and gauffered edges (one cornerpiece missing, catchplates loose, catches missing, light rubbing to spine). Provenance : Christopher Hildyards (ownership inscription dated 1686); Robert Hildyard (bookplate); George Clifford Thomas (bookplate); Philadelphia Divinity School (bookplate and perforated stamp on second leaf).
