New Haven and New London: Re-printed and sold by Thomas and Samuel Green, in New-Haven, and Timothy Green, in New-London, 1769. 20th century cloth, clamshell case. 11 1/4 x 6 1/2 inches (29.5 x 17.5 cm); 8, 10, 345, [1] pp., bound with a continuation of session acts from 1768-77 extending the pagination to p. 471. The title with numerous contemporary ink notations obscuring the seal and describing Connecticut as a "free and independent ... rebellious colony", the title stamped, a few ink corrections including those changing "colony" to "state", leaf G3 lacking its upper half and provided in facsimile, the additional laws here contain Revolutionary War measures on naval offices and militias; Together with a second copy, lacking the title (provided in facsimile).
