New-London: Timothy Green, 1750 (but 1768); issued with The Charter Granted by His Majesty King Charles II to the Governour & Company of the English Colony of Connecticut. Early reverse calf, housed in custom box. 11 3/4 x 7 inches (30 x 18 cm); with separate title pages for the Acts and the Charter, 336 pp., bound with a continuation of the Acts from 1768-1778 extending the pagination with hiatuses through p. 501. The boards and endleaves detached, stamp to first title, some contemporary but also later marginalia particularly to a section on various punishments and slavery, other defects, sold with all faults.
