An early 19th Century circa 1806 - 1814 French 1st Empire Napoleonic flintlock cavalry pistol model XIII. Brass mounts on walnut wood stock fitted with large skull crusher butt cap. Marked on the lock plate Maubeuge / Manuf. Imp. in scroll engraving and numerous letter proof markings on the brass components. Measures approx. 38cm.
