Caswell of San Gabriel, CA. * Book of Car Diagrams & Equipment Data / Passenger, Express, Locomotives, Etc. of Pacific Electric Ry. Co. Los Angeles, Ca. Comprised of carbon prints of data and diagrams, some manuscript insertions. 1914-1917. Lettered on front cover "Holy Berg's Bible". (Front cover detached, some wear and adhesions.) * Paper album with 330 mounted real-photo locomotive postcards, 3½x5½" each, mostly identified in manuscript along lower edge. * Veteran's Number of the Souther Pacific Bulletin for May 1922 (worn). Extensive archive, appears to have been gathered by one person, perhaps a Southern Pacific veteran or "Holy Berg", the owner of the Pacific Electric Railway original manual. There are portraits of approximately 500 locomotive engines, the majority of which are somehow identified. Includes copy and original photographs.
