from the Original Plates, with the addition of many subjects not before collected, 2 vol., engraved portrait frontispiece and 582 etched plates on 152 sheets, some with aquatint, some double-page, & with the volume of 45 suppressed plates on 19 sheets, printed on both sides of sheets, vol. I frontispiece, title and first two and last two sheets of plates slightly creased, first sheet with large tear repaired, another sheet with tear, both affecting images, vol. II 1 sheet torn and repaired in lower margin, both vol. with a few small tears mostly in margins, some slight soiling to some edges, [c. 1849] § Wright (Thomas) & R.H. Evans.
