Group of Missouri ephemera, including: Postmortem copy photograph of Jesse James, 5 x 7 in., with verso stamp of Culver Pictures, Inc. Confederate Veteran newsletter, June 1910 (Vol. XVIII [18], No. 6). One article is on "Quantrill and his Famous Command." Document pertaining to a Missouri guerrilla, General Orders, No. 115, May 10, 1865, Dept. of Missouri acquitting Alexander Staples of two charges. Documents from the Anti-Horse thief association, printed in 1908, including Proceedings of the 27th Annual Session of the Missouri Division (Joplin, MO.), and the Missouri Constitution of the Anti-Horse Thief Association. Pamphlet from the Independence Centennial Celebration pageant, Missouri, Oct. 2-7, 1927. 20pp, 5.75 x 8.75 in. Cover with cachet celebrating Lindbergh's Special Flight to Springfield, Illinois, with symbol above "Air Mail from the Home of Lincoln." With stamp from "Lindbergh Field," August 15, 1927. Three documents giving power of attorney to sell capital stock in the Hannibal and St. Joseph Railroad Company, 1859 - 1860. Condition: Most in very good condition, but variable as expected.
