Von Gültlingen 36. – Berühmte Postille des Dominikaners Guilelmus Parisiensis (auch Wilhelm von Auvergne; 1180-1249). – Es fehlen der Titel mit Bordüren und kleinen Autorenbildern in Holzschnitt sowie Blatt p III; Blatt p IV ist irrig als CXV (statt CXVI) numeriert. – Innengelenke gebrochen, Vorsätze mit umfangreichen Notizen von alter Hand, die erste Lage vom Block gelöst und im Bug verstärkt, stellenw. wasserrandig, etw. fingerfleckig und vereinzelt mit alten Farbflecken, leicht gebräunt. Lacks title with ornamental borders and small author’s pictures in woodcut as well as leaf p III; leaf p IV erroneously numbered as CXV (instead of CXVI). – Inner joints broken, endpapers with extensive notes by contemporary hand, first quire unstuck from block and reinforced at joint, here and there waterstained, some fingermarks and occasionally with old colour stains, slightly browned. – Slightly damaged wooden board with wide blind-stamped pigskin spine and 2 intact clasps.
