Curtis. 25.5x19.3 cm (10x7¾"), on 4-page lettersheet with "The North American Indian - Edward S. Curtis" printed in red in upper left corner. Photographer Edward S. Curtis writes to the head of the New York Zoological Park, presenting "a leaflet of my Carnegie Hall lecture... it can be more aptly termed a picture musical. I have combined groups of dramatic, devotional, and pictorial scenes into series, and Mr. Gilbert has composed music to accompany them...
