Lot consists of (A) World War II era USMC experimental camo soft cover for fatigue hats. Consigner states that this cover was purchased from Korean War and Chosin Reservoir veteran LTC. Jim Johnson. Elastic remains strong, no stains or blemishes. CONDITION: Excellent. (B) USMC camouflage helmet cover. The cover features the distinctive double chain center stitching and closed serge border stitching on the land side and open serge border stitching on the sand side. All thread is khaki. This variation does not have the buttonhole slits in the body or the flaps. The helmet has stamped EGAs on each side that are not faded. There are a few stains on either side. CONDITION: Very good. (C) USMC camouflage helmet cover. The cover features the distinctive double chain center stitching and closed serge border stitching on each side with khaki thread. This variation has the buttonhole slits in the body but not the flaps. The helmet has stamped EGAs on each side that are slightly faded. No noticeable blemishes. CONDITION: Very good. (D) WWII Navaer Emergency Survival Hat-Headnet complete with instructions in original packaging. The headnet is clean but the packaging is in poor condition. CONDITION: Good. (F) World War II era theatre made insect jacket which appears to be constructed of a camouflaged mosquito net.
