It was an Italian engineering company that built approximately 150 racecars and was also a racing team. The 2004 LmP2 (carbon fiber chassis and Judd engine for 3400 cc and 550 hp) was the highest point of the production. Lucchini cars have conquered two world titles, 34 Italian speed competitions and 4 uphill races, the 1995 European Hill Climb Championship with the great Fabio Danti. The best victory comes in 2000 in Spa, winning overall first place ahead of Cadillac and Ferrari. In 2003, in Daytona, a Lucchini retreats from the competition a few laps before the end, when it was in third place. In 2004 a Lucchini qualifies for the 24 Hours of Le Mans (it then had to withdraw from the competition, but on the same track, in 1993, a Lucchini won in its class). Described by the seller as fully original. The car hasn’t been driven in several years, we recommend testing it before use.
