The pen's design incorporates decorative motifs inspired both the Castello Sforzesco and Leonardo's ceiling frescoes at Sala delle Asse in the Sforza Castle in Milan. Black lacquer and sterling silver barrel and cap. Broad 18K gold nib engraved with the Sforza coat of arms. Outer sleeve, outer box, lacquered wood display box, folder with booklet, service guide, and Montblanc nib replacement certificate stating that the medium nib (as indicated on the box) was replaced at the owner's request by a broad nib.
