Natsko Seki Great Wheel Mixed Media, Photoshop, Found Papers, Threads, Oil Pastel, Colour Pencils on Paper Signed on Verso 10 x 15cm (3¾ x 5¾ in.) About Born in 1976, Natsko grew up in Tokyo, and studied educational psychology at Keio University in Tokyo before moving to England. She graduated with a B.A. Illustration (Hons) from University of Brighton in 2005, and made her way to London where she now works on an increasing number of worldwide commissions. Her illustrated book, Last Paper Crane, received the UK Literacy Association Book Award in 2021. Broadway Market, another book she illustrated, was shortlisted at World illustration Awards 2021. Her works have been published by Louis Vuitton and Phaidon Press. She is also an author of two children's books. Her Illustrations are permanently displayed at the City of Bath World Heritage Centre, Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, and Whittington Health NHS Trust in London. Her limited edition prints have been sold at the shops at Victoria and Albert Museum, London Transport Museum, Tate Gallery, and Dulwich Picture Gallery. Education B.A. Illustration (Hons) from University of Brighton Select Exhibitions/Awards Her illustrated book, Last Paper Crane, received the UK Literacy Association Book Award in 2021 Statement about AOAP Submitted Artwork I normally work digitally, so it was a great opportunity to work with real collage, which I enjoyed very much!
