An exceptionally fine and rare 18K pink gold perpetual calendar chronograph wristwatch with phases of the moon and baton numerals Signed Patek Philippe, Geneve, retailed by Gobbi Milano, ref. 2499, movement no. 868'609, case no. 696'521, manufactured in 1957 Cal. 13''' nickel-finished lever movement stamped twice with the Geneva seal, 23 jewels, bimetallic compensation balance, the silvered matte dial with applied pink gold baton numerals, gold dauphine hands, outer Arabic five minute divisions and tachymetre scale, two windows for day and month, three subsidiary dials indicating constant seconds, 30 minutes register and phases of the moon combined with date, in circular case with stepped downturned lugs, snap on back, 18K pink gold Patek Philippe buckle, case and movement signed by maker, dial signed by maker and retailer 36 mm. diam.
