Famous for uttering the line, “Where’s the rest of me” in his blockbuster movie King ’ s Row , Reagan wrote and released this autobiography while running for Governor in California. Reagan concludes his work: "if we do our job as parents, our children will take the bad with the good and not whimper. If Nancy passes on the lessons she learned from her mother (and I'm sure she will), Patti will know when to take off the make-believe had and put on the one befitting her real role in life. The days stretch ahead with promise. The city closes in on the ranch - we prowl the countryside scouting a new location.
