Titles in brown and black, plates including 12 coloured after George Marston one folding panorama and 3 folding lithographic maps printed in three colours in rear pocket of vol. II, illustrations. Vol. II with errata slip to p. xvi. (Occasional light spotting.) Original blue cloth, blocked in silver on upper covers and gilt on spines, dust-jackets [Rosove's no. 2 with no mention of price on the spines], top edges gilt, others uncut (extremities faintly rubbed, dust-jackets expertly restored, upper cover to jacket of vol.
