TWO TANAGRA STYLE TERRACOTTA FIGURES, comprising a standing female figure, wearing her himation wrapped tightly around her and draped over her head, surmounted by a tholia or wide brimmed sun-hat, traces of red pigment, square vent behind, on square base, repaired at neck and below tholia -- 7¾in. (19.7cm.) high; and a similar young male figure, naked with himation loosely draped over one shoulder, leaning against a column, with wreath in his hair, traces of red and blue pigment, repaired at neck -- 6 7/8in. (17.5cm.) high; three other Greek style terracotta figures comprising a naked figure of winged Eros, leaning against a pillar resting head on his hand, his right arm over his head, with drapery falling behind him, remains of red and blue pigment -- 7 7/8in.
