VASE COUVERT EN JADE BLANC SCULPTE CHINE, DYNASTIE QING, XIXEME SIECLE The vase is of flattened form with two loop handles to the neck suspending loose rings. It is carved to one side in high relief with a flowering lotus stem, which is tied around the neck with a ribbon. The stone is of a very pale even tone, with one small russet inclusion to the cover ; one handle broken and re-stuck. 3¾ in. (9.5 cm.) high
