De taille raisonnable et particulièrement adapté au ski nautique, il connaîtra un succès considérable puisque sa production totalisera 626 unités. L'exemplaire que nous présentons fût commandé dès la première année de fabrication par un client belge, M. De Boever qui le fît immédiatement livrer à Monte Carlo. Les registres Riva confirment qu'il était équipé du V8 Chris-Craft de 185cv. Acheté en 2007 par son actuel propriétaire à un amateur lyonnais, ce ravissant canot a bénéficié de nombreux travaux dont témoignent plusieurs factures : chromes refaits en 2000, moteur restauré avec remplacement du bloc Chris-Craft en 2002, restauration du pont, remplacement du tableau arrière, restauration de la sellerie et confection d'une bâche neuve en 2016. Accompagné de sa remorque immatriculée en France, ce navire affiche donc en très bel état de présentation et constitue une parfaite occasion d'accéder de façon raisonnable à la légende Riva. Of decent size and particularly adapted for water skiing, it accomplishes phenomenal success, resulting in a total of 626 units being produced. The item we are offering was ordered right in the first year of production by a Belgian client called M. De Boever, who immediately got it shipped to Monte Carlo. Riva records confirm that it was equipped with the 185hp V8 Chris-Craft engine. Purchased in 2007 by its current owner, an enthusiast from Lyon, this exquisite boat had a lot of work done, as verified by several invoices: chromework renovated in 2000, restored engine including replacement of the Chris Craft unit in 2002, deck restoration, replacement of the transom, restoration of the upholstery and manufacturing of a new cover in 2016. Complemented with its French registered trailer, this boat is in excellent condition and represents a great opportunity to acquire a legendary Riva in a reasonable manner.
