(Title repaired at gutter, small wormtrack affecting some plates, maps 35 and 36 with repairs, browning and soiling mainly marginal.) Contemporary half calf (worm holes affecting spine, rubbed). Provenance : Simon (ownership inscriptions). FIRST EDITION. The maps are numbered to 1-36 but no number 25 was issued according to the list of contents. 17 of the maps are by Janvier, 8 by Rizzi-Zannoni, 6 by Bonne and the remainder are unsigned.
