Green & Gibson A6(a): "It is of interest for its description of life at Edinburgh University, for certain details of autobiographical interest, and for a graphic account of a football match played under the early rules." With 7 other books by the same author including The Great Shadow (Bristol, [1892]), A Duet with an Occasional Chorus (London, 1899), The Poison Belt (London, 1913) and His Last Bow (London, 1917), all FIRST EDITIONS in original cloth.
