One page, oblong folio, 410 x 456mm (16 1/4 x 20 1/4 in), papered seal of the United States and of the state of Connecticut, small repairs along one vertical and two horizontal folds, each affecting a few letters text, attractively matted with two portraits , accomplished in manuscript, countersigned by New Haven collector Sam Bishop, FOUR-LANGUAGE SHIP'S PAPERS (French, Spanish, English Dutch), for the Brig Freeman , captained by Samuel Plant, sailing from New Haven to the West Indies, "laden with Oxen, corn meal, Flour, beef, Pork, lard, Butter & Staves."
