JOAN MIRO Robert Desnos Les pénalités de l'enfer ou les nouvelles Hébrides , Maeght Editeur, Paris, 1974 (M. 959-90; C. books 188) the complete set of 25 lithographs (five in black, the others in colors), title page, text and justification, on Arches, signed in orange crayon on the justification, copy 114 of 200 (the first 50 copies were issued with separate suites of the lithographies refusées , there were also 20 hors commerce copies), the full sheets, loose (as issued), in very good condition, original paper wrappers with the first lithograph printed on the front, spine and back, original orange cloth-covered box with the artist's and author's name on the spine;--including a set of six lithographs in black by or after the same hand, one with additions in red ball-point pen, in a beige paper folder titled documents 1929 , in good condition. 290 x 400 mm. album
