Basle: Johann Amerbach, 13 February, 1489. 2° (320x210mm), 268 leaves, double column, 53 lines, 65 lines of commentary and headline, gothic letter, capital spaces with guide letters and initials supplied throughout in red and blue penwork, large woodcut of St.Augustine and the cities of God and Satan on verso of title, fine 6-line illuminated initial in burnished gold and colours on a4, (lower blank margin of last four leaves restored).
