On papier velin. 10 plates by Saint Quentin engraved by Halbou, Lienard, Lingée, Malapeau, Roi, etc. Red morocco gilt by Chambolle-Duru, spine with raised bands in six compartments, inner dentelles, edges gilt. Brunet I,719; Cohen-de Ricci 125; Sander 100, (all calling for only 5 plates). REGNARD, Jean Francois (1647-1709). Oeuvres. Nouvelle édition revue, exactement corrigée, et conforme à la représentation . Paris: chez Maradan, 1790. 4 volumes, on papier velin. 8° (224 x 134mm). Engraved frontispiece portrait and 12 plates, of which 9 are after A.Borel. Contemporary red morocco gilt, sides with a design of intertwining geometric rules, double fillet border, spine flat, tooled in 6 compartments, inner dentelles, edges gilt.
