Contemporary maroon half sheep and marbled boards, the front cover centred with a gilt label (front joint starting, extremities rubbed, sides scuffed). Two of Pinelli's popular collections of plates documenting the costume and various scenes in and about Rome, including festivals, the wine harvest, bear baiting, a puppet show, bowler, cowboys, numerous local costumes, and a long series on the deeds of local brigands.
