The sheet is slightly undulating. There is a diagonal repaired tear associated with dots of retouching visible under UV light across the window from towards the center of the left edge, and two small repaired tears to the lower edge and a few to the left edge which are barely visible when framed. There is a small dent towards the centre of the lower edge and a few small spots of minor brightness under racking light, notably to the lower right corner. The sheet is a bit light stained. This work is in overall fairly good condition. The lot is sold in the condition it is in at the time of sale. The
