A fine scale model of the S.S. United States Maritime Replicas, ca. 1995 built in 1/350th scale, the hull and decks of the model is built up in brass with a painted red bottom, white waterline and black and white topsides with portholes and windows. The decks are painted green and detailed with bollards, deck winches, cargo hatches, deck railings, deck structures, bridge and bridge wings, funnels painted in U.S. Lines livery, and detailed with funnels, life boats on davits, masts and rigging, pool, flags and other details. Mounted on four brass pedestals on a mahogany base with a plexiglass cover. 11 x 40½ in. (27.9 x 102.9 cm.) cased.
